Identification the Educational Challenges in Secondary Schools of Balochistan, Pakistan: A Comprehensive Study

Purpose: This research aims to investigate the educational challenges faced by secondary-level educators, with a specific focus on prevalent issues, particularly regional variations in access to quality education, qualifications, instructional approaches, and the availability and effectiveness of technology.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Employing a descriptive research design, the study utilizes a survey approach to gather perceptions from 325 male and female teachers, along with 48 Head teachers, in secondary school education in Balochistan. Data collection is facilitated through a rigorously constructed closed-ended questionnaire encompassing 30 items, and subsequent analysis involves both descriptive and inferential statistical methods.
Findings: The study's determined findings reveal the existence of notable educational obstacles within secondary schools in Balochistan. Despite these challenges, the study highlights the proactive engagement of educators in addressing student-related issues through essential dialogues with colleagues, school administrators, and notably, the students themselves. The 'Prevalence of Educational Challenges in Secondary Schools in Balochistan' demonstrates a significant positive relationship (B = 0.303, Beta = 0.562, p < 0.01). A robust t-value of 4.610 and a low p-value of 0.000 support the statistical significance, affirming the academic consistency and validity of the study.
Implications/Originality/Value: The study urges a comprehensive approach in Balochistan's secondary education, targeting regional disparities, improving teacher qualifications, refining instructional methods, and enhancing resource availability. This aims to foster positive reforms for an inclusive and technologically enriched learning environment.
