Abstract

This article examines the enforcement problems of the corporate laws in Pakistan. It critically analyses the judicial problems of enforcing corporate matters. The out-dated and cumbersome laws, extra ordinary cost, inordinate delay and inefficiency of the judiciary are the major problems for effective enforcement in Pakistan. There is a need to revamp the laws, enhance judicial and institutional capacity for the safeguard of the interests of the investors keeping in view the prevailing circumstances in the country and new global trends around the world.
