Abstract

The central objective of this empirical research is to examine the influence of TFL on Employee Innovative Behavior and Job Performance. To fulfill the objective of the research work the researcher used teachers as sample. In this research work quantitative approach will be used and data will be collected through survey based questionnaire and this questionnaire is categorized in two parts, First demographic and second base of endogenous variable which will be measure through different statements have five likers scales from 1 to 5 (strongly disagree to strongly agree). The population of the research includes the head teachers and as well as the teachers of the government schools. The results indicate that TFL is positively associated with EIB and job performance while public service motivation acts as a significant mediator among the variables. The research study is limited to the public sector school teachers, this research study and theoretical model can be implemented on various institutions to know the impact of TFL.
