Testimony of Women: An Analytical Review of Its Objections

Abstract

The western, Non-Muslims and westernize people raise the issue of Islamic point of view about testimony of women. They think that Islam deprives the women from their rights and perhaps it is humiliation of women. In fact, all views of these types are based on misconception and unawareness to the philosophy of Islam. Testimony is a heavy duty not reward or gift. Women are exempted from this duty not from any gift. This exemption is special favor of Allah for women to their safety and conveniently. Witness have to face the criminals and also their threats. So Allah has blessed women and safe them to these types of circumstances.
