Impact of Social Identity Management on Leadership Effectiveness: Empirical Evidence from the Asian Countries

Social identity is a concept of “who” they are founded on their clusters and as of which they are originally related to. Social identity is well thought-out as an imperative resource of self-esteem for humans. The present research study focuses on the influence of social identity concept to management (Identity prototypically, Identity advancement, Identity entrepreneurship and Identity impression ship) on leadership efficiency. The data was collected with minimal interference of the researchers in a non-contrived environment. Self-administered questionnaire was employed for data collection. Data were analyzed by employing SPSS-21. The results of present study authenticate the identity leadership inventory (ILI) and in addition support the psychology of ‘we’ and ‘us’. The findings show that identity prototypicality, identity advancement and identity Impresarioship have great impact of leadership effectiveness.
