Pragmatic Impact of Cultural Entropy on the Job Satisfaction among Managers Working in Hotel Industry

The aim of this cross sectional study is to investigate the influence of cultural entropy on the work related variable called job satisfaction. Data was collected from middle level managers working at hotels situated in district Swat. Initially a Pearson correlation was applied to check the correlation among all the variables of the study. After this, Regression tools were applied to check the strength of the impact of cultural entropy on dependent variable. The findings of the study have confirmed negative relationship between cultural entropy and job satisfaction. This study provides in de pth analysis of middle level managers’ work related factors such as job satisfaction. The top level managers of the hotels must focus on reduction of cultural entropy arises from different factors in order to increase the organizational performance through job satisfaction.
